½ cup chopped onion
½ cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup uncooked Julienne strips
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground thyme
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon margarine
¼ cup turkey or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper and potatoes in margarine for 10 minutes. Stir in turkey, broth, salt, thyme, and pepper and mix well. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley. Good way to serve turkey or chicken left-overs.
