Cake Batter:
4 oz butter or margarine
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup orange juice- mix with water
Pinch of salt
1 package instant chocolate pudding

Cheese Filling:
8 oz farmer cheese
8 oz sour cream
8 oz whipped cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
2 Tablespoons corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan with baking spray and sprinkle it lightly with flour.
Combine the butter, sugar, flour and vanilla sugar in a mixer bowl and mix until crumbly.
Measure out 1 cup of the crumbs and sprinkle them evenly around the center of the Bundt pan.
Add the remaining ingredients to the mixer bowl and continue mixing until smooth.
Pour half of this mixture into the Bundt pan and reserve the remaining half.
Cheese Filling:
Combine all the cheese filling ingredients in mixer and mix until smooth.
Pour this mixture into the Bundt pan. Top with reserved cake batter.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Allow cake to cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
