1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Kosher salt per taste
Black pepper per taste
1 1/4 lb cooked lobster cut into large pieces
8 split top hot dog buns
Butter
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the lobster and toss to coat.
Butter sides of buns and cook in a nonstick skillet until golden and crisp on each side. Line rolls with lettuce leaves and fill with lobster salad.
