2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup vegetable shortening
2 cups sugar.
6 really ripe mashed bananas
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour 2 8x4x3 inch loaf pans
Stir together the flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl
In another bowl mix the shortening ,sugar, mashed bananas and eggs.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients
Pour into prepared pans and bake 50 to 60 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool
