3 cups apple sauce
1 cup shortening
4 t soda
2 cups sugar
1 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1 t cloves
1 cup raisins
1½ cup nuts
1 cup cherry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
heat apple sauce,shortening and soda
mix in rest of the ingredients
add 4 cups flour
bake at 300 for 2 hours
