1 pkg jumbo egg noodles
1 tsp garlic salt
4 c stewed chicken or turkey
1/2 c butter
green pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c Parmesan cheese
1 can mushrooms

French Fried Onion Rings

Cook the noodles, drain and add 1 tsp garlic salt. Add 4 C stewed chicken or turkey. Fry: 1/2 C butter, green pepper, onion, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper. Add to noodles and chicken. Mix sauce ingredients. Mix all together. Bake 1 hour @ 350. Add French Fried onion rings on top for the last 10 minutes.
