3 c hot boiled, riced potatoes
1/4 c melted butter or margarine
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp cream
3/4 - 1 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Chill overnight. When ready to make, add flour. Form into long roll and cut off about 1/3 cup of dough and roll on floured cloth covered board with cloth covered rolling pin until very thin. Use lefse stick to turn. Bake on hot ungreased lefse grill turning to bake both sides. Place between layers of clean dish towel.
