2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 cups chicken broth
8 Tbsp light butter
1 pound chicken breast
1 (24 ounce) package frozen egg noodles (such as Reames)
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
In crockpot, put chicken on bottom. Sprinkle vegetables over chicken. Pour broth and soup on top. Next add the light butter. Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours. Take the chicken out and shred. Put back in crockpot.
Add the frozen noodles and cook 2 more hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until done.,
