1 24 oz bag frozen hashbrowns
3/4 stick oleo or butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz sour cream
1 diced onion
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes. Melt butter and add soup and sour cream and mix until smooth. Stir in potatoes, onions and cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 - 1 1/2 hrs in 9 x 13 pan or casserole at 350º. (I don't use as much oleo as it calls for.)
