4 4oz jars baby food beets
4 eggs
2 c white sugar
1 c oil
2/3 c cocoa
2 tsp soda
2 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt

Frosting:
3 heaping Tbsp flour
1 c milk
1 c oleo (butter)
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Combine beets, oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Combine flour, soda, salt and cocoa. Add first mixture to second. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350º.
Frosting: Cook flour & milk to paste, stirring constantly. Cool until cold. Cream: oleo, sugar, vanilla. (About 15 minutes). Add cold paste. Beat until fluffy, but not too long.
