1 box yellow Pillsbury Lite cake mix

2 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple, natural juices (not syrup)
1 C sugar

2 boxes Jello sugar-free vanilla pudding
3 C 1% milk

1 large container Cool Whip Lite
Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare cake mix as directed on box.

2. (While cake is baking) Pour cans of pineapple (with juice) in medium/large saucepan. Add sugar. Cook at medium heat, stirring occasionally until thick (about 20 minutes).

3. When cake is done, remove from oven. Poke holes all along the top of the cake with the end of a wooden spoon. Spoon pineapple mixture over cake and let cool.

4. When cake has cooled, prepare pudding mix. Spread over pineapple. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

5. Just before serving, spread Cool Whip on top and cut into squares.
