1 #2 can whole kernel corn (shoepeg or baby)
c chopped green pepper
2 tsp diced pimento
5 small stalks chopped celery
1 med chopped onion (can use onion salt)

dressing
⅔ c salad oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 t. dry mustard (or touch of regular) *** I have always used regular

Mix all vegetables then cover with dressing.. Refrigerate 24 hrs. Great with lots of things or by itself
