3½ c. Flour
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
½ teas. Salt
2 sticks Butter (1½ cups)
1½ c. sugar
1¼ c. Milk
4 Eggs, separated
2 teas. Vanilla Extract
2 c. Snicker bars, chopped
¼ teas. Cream of Tartar

Glaze:
½ c. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1 tbsp. Sugar
18 Dove Chocolate Mini’s

Directions:
Directions:
Oil and flour Bundt pan.
Separate Eggs.

Mix:
Flour, baking powdered, sugar, salt, butter, egg yolks, milk and vanilla together.

Beat egg whites, adding cream of tartar (a little at a time),
Fold in Snicker pieces.
Add egg white and snicker mixture to cake mixture and cold gently together.
Bake: 325º. For 1 hour

Glaze: mix all glaze ingredients together and microwave until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.


Remove cake from pan and pour glaze over cake.
