Salad -- 2 -16 oz. cans black beans
2 -11oz. cans white shoepeg corn, drained
2 -4 oz. cans chopped green chilies ... 1 red pepper, chopped
chopped jalepenos, to taste ... 1 small bunch chopped cilantro
Dressing -- 2/3 cup vinegar ..1/3 cup vegetable oil
salt/pepper to taste

Add first six ingredients together in large bowl. Mix the next three ingredients in small bowl and whisk well. Add all together. Chill, covered for at least a couple of hours for flavors to combine. Serve with tortilla chips.

This was first called Black Bean Salsa Dip. After Aunt Jan passed we naturally began calling it "Aunt Jan's Bean Dip" since it was her recipe!!!!
I have used regular can corn as well.
