¾ lb. Pork Sausage
5 Corn Tortillias (6 inches)
1 c. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
¼ c. Green Chile’s, (canned) chopped
6 Eggs, beaten
½ c. Whipping Cream
½ c. small-curd Cottage Cheese
½ teas.Chili Powder
¼ c. Cilantro or Parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until no longer pink, drain.
Place 4 tortillas in a greased 9-in. Pie plate, overlapping and extending ½ in. beyond rim.
Place remaining tortilla in the center.
Layer with sausage, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese and chilies.
Combine eggs, cream, cottage cheese and chili powder. Slowly pour on top of chilies.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until the center is set and puffed.

Sprinkle with Cilantro (or Parsley).
Cut into wedges.
