2 pkgs dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1 t salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup shortening (half butter)
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in sugar, salt, eggs shortening and 2 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in rest of flour until smooth. Scrape dough from sides of bowl. Cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Divide dough in half. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick into 12 inch circle. Spread with butter. Cut into 16 pie shaped pieces. Beginning at rounded edge roll up. Place on lightly greased pan with point on bottom. Let rise again one hour. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes. Brush with butter while warm.
