3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 cups sliced rhubarb
2 cups sliced and peeled apples or sliced strawberries
1 cup quick cooking or rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. in a mixing bowl combine the corn starch and sugar.
2. add the rhubarb, apples or strawberries and mix well
3. spoon into an 8 in square baking dish
4 preheat oven to 350º
5. Combine the oats brown sugar, butter, flour and cinnamon.
6. Mix until it resembles coarse crumbs., Sprinkle over the fruit
7. bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until bubbly and the fruit is tender.

Serve warm with ice cream
