2 pounds ground beef
1 large brick of Velveeta
2 small bricks of pepper jack Velveeta
2 bricks of cream cheese (8-ounce each)
3 cans hot rotel diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain, melt all the cheeses together (we use a large crockpot), mix ground beef and the rotel and serve warm.

We always have leftover dip, it freezes well. Also works great in place of cheese slices for grilled cheese and Cheeseburgers!!
