Crust:
16 Oreo Cookies (any flavor), crushed
3 T. butter, melted

Cheesecake Batter:
24 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions:

For Crust: Use food processor to grind Oreos into a fine crumb. Mix with butter. Press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Combine cream cheese, and sugar and mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in peanut butter until mixture looks uniform and then blend in sour cream and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 and continue baking for 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan as soon as it comes out of oven. Allow cake to cool to room temperature before removing rim completely. Chill.
