2 C flour
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C oatmeal
pinch of salt
3/4 C butter

1 C sugar
1 C water
3 TBSP cornstarch or flour
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and oatmeal, add softened butter, flour and salt. Save 1 C for topping. Press remaining
into 9x13 greased pan.

Combine sugar, water, flour and salt. Bring to boil until bubbles, take off heat, add vanilla.

Peel and slice apples and line pan. Pour sauce over apples. Sprinkle topping reserve.

Bake 350º for 55 minutes
