Dough
1 c. unsalted butter
6 oz. cream cheese
2 c. flour

Filling
1 ½ c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare mini muffin pans by greasing.

-Dough-
Beat together butter, cream cheese and flour, divide dough into 18 pieces, roll into balls, refrigerate.
Use rolling pin to flatten the balls about 2 - 3 inches then place in pans.
-Filling-
Stir together brown sugar, melted butter, 2 eggs and 1 c. chopped pecans. Pour into dough, bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
