6 Russet Potatoes
6 slices bacon - fried crisp
6 cups chicken broth2
1/2 onion chopped
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
3 TBSP flour
1/4 cup milk

garnishes bacon, sour cream and cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potates, scoup out pulp of potato and put into stock pot that has 6 cups of chicken broth. Saute 1/2 cup onion in 2 tbsp of butter, cook until tendar, add to soup. Salt and Pepper. To Thicken - mix flour and milk and add to soup mixing immediately to avoid lumps.

Thicken to desired consistency. May remove 1 cup of soup and blend in blender until smooth and return to soup.
