1 fryer, boiled and deboned
1 chopped green pepper
small jar pimentos
3 ribs chopped celery
1 chopped onion
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
1 16 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pound grated Longhorn cheddar cheese
1 10 oz. spaghetti
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop chicken into pieces. Boil spaghetti in chicken broth. Use chicken broth to sauté bell pepper and celery for a few minutes. Add onions and sauté until they start being clear. Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Stir about ½ cup of cheese into mixture. Pour mixture into baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350º until cheese is melted.
