Boneless chicken breasts
flour
eggs
potato chips
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Use one chicken breast per person. Depending on how many you are preparing, place potato chips in zip lock bag and crush. Add seasonings to taste and set aside. Pound chicken breasts until they are 1/2 the thickness they started out as. Lightly dust with flour, dip in beaten eggs and place in zip lock bag and cover with potato chips. Place on baking sheet drizzled with oil. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes turning half way through.
