3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 eggs
11/4 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
1 teaspoon vanilla
11/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add oil and sugar, mixing well. Gradually add flour mixture. Add thawed strawberries, including their juice, and the vanilla. Stir in the pecans. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
