4 cups coarsely chopped broccoli florets
1/3 cup slivered almonds or chopped pecans
4-6 sliced bacon cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup dried cranberries
¼ cup finely sliced and cut red onion (soak in cold water for 5 min)

DRESSING

1/3 cup mayo
1 TBS cider vinegar
1 TBS honey
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper



Directions:

Mix salad ingredients together and refrigerate. Prepare dressing and refrigerate.
Mix Salad and Dressing together before serving.
