Almond Poppy Seed Bars Recipe

3 eggs
2-1/4 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. milk
1 c. vegetable oil
1-1/2 tsp. almond extract
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 tsp. butter extract
3 c. flour
4-1/2 t. poppy seeds
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. salt

1/3 c. butter, melted
3 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. milk

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, milk, oil and extracts. Combine flour, poppy seeds, baking powder and salt. Add to the egg mixture and mix just until combined. Spread into a greased 15x10 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool. Mix together frosting and frost bars.
