4 large onions, peeled and thinly sliced
2 c. chicken bone broth
2 c. beef bone broth
4 T. coconut oil
5 garlic cloves, chopped
Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a stock pot over medium heat, melt coconut oil and thinly sliced onions. Cook onions until lightly caramelized.

Add bone broth and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 30–50 minutes (the longer, the more flavor).
