handful of sliced cucumber
2 T sauerkraut
rosemary-sea salt or Himalayan salt
rice wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, cucumber, and mixed greens in salad bowl with kraut (2 T kraut is for a single serving). Dress with vinegar and salt to taste.
