Cranberry Cookies Recipe

c. margarine, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
c. brown sugar, firmly packed
c. milk
2 T. orange juice
1 egg
3 c. all-purpose flour
tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. baking soda
2c. coarsely chopped cranberries
1 c. chopped pecans

In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat the margarine, granulated sugar and brown sugar until well-mixed. Stir in the milk, orange juice, and egg. Mix in flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cranberries, and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake in a preheated 375 oven 10-15 mins. Transfer to racks to cool
