1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1 egg
¼ c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
¾ c. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
3½ oz. macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugars and butter together. Mix together the egg, milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Blend together the flour and baking powder. Stir the egg mixture alternately with the flour mixture into the creamed butter/sugar mixture. When all mixed together, stir in the chocolate and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for about 10 mins.
