Ingredients:
Ingredients:

Romaine Lettuce (bag of 3) I use organic
Veggie Penne Pasta 1 box
3-4 chicken breasts grilled or precooked
1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
1 bottle Caesar dressing (I use Marzetti)
Large Caesar or favorite flavor croutons

Directions:
Directions:

You can precook chicken so it’s ready when you mix salad together. It is good grilled, or baked and can be seasoned your favorite way. I have also used Chick fila grilled chicken nuggets. (2 large orders) or a rotisserie chicken cut in pieces.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water and let cool. Chop and wash lettuce and pat dry with paper towel. In large bowl combine lettuce, pasta, chicken and Parmesan cheese. Before serving toss with about ½ or a little more of the dressing and croutons.

Makes a lot so you might want to toss ½ of the salad with dressing and mix the rest if needed. (Without dressing it will keep in the fridge for a few days.)
