1 lb. Maytag Blue Cheese, 16 oz. Real Sour Cream, 2 tbsps. Franks Red Hot Sauce, Course
black pepper, 4 tbsps. cooking Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make the Maytag blue cheese wedge into crumpled pieces of blue cheese.

2. Combine all the ingredients and whip together

3. Allow to stand covered overnight in refrigerator
