Hazel Buss


4 slices bacon
1 lb. ground beef
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can pork and beans
1 can French cut beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped onions, or less
2/3 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. corn chips
1 c. shredded American cheese

Fry bacon until crisp, remove from pan, drain well. In same pan, cook beef until brown and drain, In 2 quart casserole, crumble bacon, add cooked and remaining ingredients, except corn chips and cheese. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Top with corn chips and cheese. Bake 10 minutes.
