Haddock 1 quart milk 1 quart water 1 Tbsp. salt 3 bay leaves
Thaw fish partially. Bring milk, water, salt and bay leaves to a boil. Put in a few pieces of fish at a time. When they come to a boil, boil 3 minutes. Drain. Brush with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Broil 3 minutes. Turn, repeat as for first side. Serve with melted butter.
