1 bag red potatoes (or your favorite potatoes)
olive oil
seasoned salt
basil
chili powder
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. Cut potatoes in french fry shape and place in a bowl. Coat with olive oil and your desired amount of spices. Once coated, spread fries as a single layer on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Increase the heat to 425º F and flip fries. Bake for another 20-25 minutes or until they've reached desired crispiness.
