1 c hot water (100-110)
1 package active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1Tbsp butter, melted
2-1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar & yeast in hot water. Mix salt & flour. Add yeast mixture & melted butter (slightly cooled). Knead about 10 times. Let rise in bowl that has been oiled. Cover with towel. Let rise in warm area at least 45 minutes.
