1 pound ground beef
1 cup water
1 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoons Chili powder
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder or one small diced onion
teaspoon garlic salt
teaspoon black pepper
1 can tomato soup (cream of tomato or tomato sauce and one can of water)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat. Add spices, soup and stir to prevent scorching. Dissolve flour in water and add slowly stirring occasionally. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
