1 pound ground beef 1 cup water 1½ Tablespoons flour 1 Tablespoons Chili powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon onion powder or one small diced onion ½ teaspoon garlic salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 can tomato soup (cream of tomato or tomato sauce and one can of water)
Brown hamburger meat. Add spices, soup and stir to prevent scorching. Dissolve flour in water and add slowly stirring occasionally. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
