Cookie crust:

1 heaping cup flour (unsifted)
3 ½ Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine (½ cup), room temperature


Pie filling:

Strawberries
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cookie crust ingredients and pat into 9-inch pie pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown, at 350º. Cool shell - then put fresh strawberries in it.

Combine 1 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp. cornstarch and one cup water. Cook until thick and clear. Add 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello. Pour this over strawberries and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
