2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cups pumpkin
cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
cup granulated sugar
tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. ginger
tsp. nutmeg
tsp. cloves
1 cups evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make an unbaked 9-inch pastry shell with high fluted edge. Chill well.

Mix 2 eggs, slightly beaten, with 1 cups pumpkin. Combine brown sugar and granulated sugar with salt and spices. Blend into pumpkin mixture. Stir in 1 cups evaporated milk. Pour into chilled unbaked pastry shell; bake in hot oven (425) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to moderate (350) and bake 45 minutes more or until knife inserted in custard 2 inches from edge comes out clean.
