Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 ½ to 3 cups blueberries
¾ cup sugar
⅓ cup flour
⅛ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 recipe pastry for two crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice. Fill 8-inch pastry-lined pie pan. Dot with butter and adjust top crust.

Bake in a hot oven (450º) for 10 minutes, then in moderate over (350º) about 30-35 minutes.

Janice's notes: use less sugar and flour, too.

If blueberries are frozen, rinse with cold water, then lay on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.

I sprinkled a little flour on the bottom crust before I put the blueberry filling in it. That way the crust does not get soggy.
