3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2-1/2 pounds beef tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions:

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Add meat. Seal and turn to coat; refrigerate for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
