Hummus Recipe

1 can chick peas or 1 cups cooked chickpeas
cup fresh lemon juice
cup well stirred tahini
1 small garlic clove minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
teaspoon cumin
salt to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons water
cut up hot pickled pepper slices

in bullet combine tahini and lemon juice and process for 1 minute, scrape
the sides and process for 30 seconds.
Add the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin and tsp salt.
Process 30 seconds, scrape sides and 30 seconds more.
rinse chickpeas. add half to bullet, process 1 minute.
scrape sides and bottom, add other half. process 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
