1.5 oz Patrón Reposado or your Favorite premium Tequila
2.75 oz Fresh Ruby Red grapefruit juice
.5 oz Agave syrup (1:1)
.5 oz Fresh-squeezed lime juice
1 oz Sparkling water or Club soda
+ Sugar in the raw and Kosher salt for rimming
+ Grapefruit wedge for garnish

Directions:
Directions:

Combine all ingredients except club soda in a shaker tin and shake without ice to chill.
Pour over fresh ice in a sugar(in the raw)-and-salt rimmed Collins glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
