2 oz Patrón Plata or your favorite premium silver Tequila
3 oz Fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
1 oz Agave syrup (opt)
1 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
1-2 oz Sparkling water or Club soda
Sugar in the raw and Kosher salt for rimming
Grapefruit and or Lime wedge for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except club soda in a shaker and shake without ice.
Pour over fresh ice in a sugar(in the raw)-and-salt rimmed Collins glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit or lime wedge;
I have also skipped the agave syrup and used 'Simply Limeaid™' and San Pellegrino™ Grapefruit soda instead of the fresh lime and sparkling water. Both ways are delicious and refreshing. Makes 1 serving
