2 oz Patrón Plata® or your favorite premium silver tequila
3 oz fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
1 oz agave syrup (opt)
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1-2 oz sparkling water or club soda
sugar in the raw and kosher salt for the rim
grapefruit and or lime wedge for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except club soda in a shaker and shake without ice.
Pour over fresh ice in a sugar-and-salt rimmed Collins glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit or lime wedge;
I have also skipped the agave syrup and used 'Simply Limeaid™' and San Pellegrino™ Grapefruit soda instead of the fresh lime and sparkling water. Both ways are delicious and refreshing. Makes 1 serving
