2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2/3 c. oil
2 c. buttermilk
5 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well; store in refrigerator. Take our amount needed. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes. Keeps up to 6 weeks.

*To make your own self-rising flour: For every cup of flour, add 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix to combine. For this recipe: 5 cups flour, 2 1/2 T baking powder and 2 1/2 tsp salt.
