1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking power
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 package semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350º

Grease 13X9-inch baking pan.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl; set aside.
Beat granulated sugar, brown sugar and butter in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Add flour mixture.
Beat at low speed until well blnded.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove pan to wire rack; cool completely.
Cut into 3 1/4 X 1 1/2-inch bars.
Makes 2 dozen brownies
