2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups milk
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 cup (8 ounces) plain yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder + baking soda + salt.
Combine eggs + milk.
Pour milk mixture + melted butter into dry ingredients.
Add yogurt and stir until batter is fairly smooth.
Using a 1/4 cup measure for each pancake, pour batter onto a lightly buttered hot skillet (400 F.)
Turn when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
