1 cup cold heavy cream
2 T. sugar, honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla or other flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
*Place mixing bowl and whisk in freezer for at least 20 minutes to chill before mixing*

Pour heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla into the cold bowl and whisk on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form, about one minute. Don't over beat.

*To stabilize whipped cream so it will last longer in the refrigerator, add 1/4 tsp. of cream of tartar to your fresh whipping cream.
