Ingredients:  
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
6 apples (use softer apples like Macintosh)

Topping:

2/3 cups flour
2/3 cups of sugar
¼ tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
3 tbls melted margarine
l tsp.vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Core and pare 6 apples (use softer apples like Macintosh)
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Roll apples in sugar cinnamon mixture
Place each apple in buttered custard cups
Spoon in rest of mixture in center of apples

Topping:

Mix together flour, sugar. baking powder and salt

Mix together – 1 egg, 3 tbls melted margarine, l tsp.vanilla

Add egg mixture to flour mix
Beat well

Place 2 tbls batter over each apple
Bake 45 minutes at 375º
