*Refrigerate overnight and cook following morning*

10 slices white bread, broken into pieces
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
2 T. parsley flakes
1 lb. sausage roll
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. In large bowl, beat eggs and add milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spray casserole and pour in mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Allow casserole to sit out at room temperature for one hour previous to baking. Bake at 350 for one hour.
